I am very sad to announce that one of our longest standing Moderators is stepping down.

MasterSpark seems to have been around forever, and has contributed massively to this site. Though in the past he focused on the To War! area, he has posted all over. He was also involved in some of our biggest projects such as the TVC, the Invocation and the custom armylists, the Bloodline Armies and the Legion of Nagash.

He was also very helpful behind the scenes, providing me feedback on forum ideas and other things.

So all in all, even though some of you may not have realised it, MS has contributed and helped this site grow to what it is today. I know this choice is because he has come to the point that many of us experience, where Warhammer no longer holds the interest. I can only hope in the future that something reignites it.

So MS, a huge thanks for all the time and effort you have put in. I really hope that you will still come visit CN, even if it is just in the off topic section to have a laugh!

All my best (and of course perverted) wishes.

Matt

B-b-but who will I have a sig-war with now? :'(

Hope to see you in the future, MS. Perhaps we can play some Halo.

My hat's off to you MS, for the work that you've done over time. I hope that you can stick around the community, as we need good people like you.

Thanks for all the good words, you guys. My activity has been on the decline since last summer and I recently started feeling a little bit bad about it when I think back on how active and enthusiastic I used to be, which is why I decided it was time for me to finally step down.

However, this thread looks awfully dramatic. I've no plans for taking my leave entirely, CN holds too cool a bunch for me to lose. I am kind of preoccupied at the moment though -- I've got a tiring full-time job for another three weeks ahead, I'm engrossed in an online RPG (and those can steal away many days of pure game-time if you let them... which I tend to do), and I've also taken a recent shine to HBO's The Tudors, with all the obsessive watching that follows naturally. One or more episodes per day keeps something bad away, as I've been told. Oh right, and there's also that school essay that I need to have done by August. Yikes! xD

Anyway, you'll still be seeing me around here, and you know how to get hold of me if you need anything. I am honoured by the praise you put forth, though. It's been a real pleasure working with and learning from this site and its people. :)

Well, what can you expect? We're dramatic people, and when we see this thread out of the blue emotions will pour forth. Good to hear you'll still be around though.
