Morghast magnetizing

Is it possible to magnetize the morghast so you can make both models?

The attachment points are too small to get decent magnets in there, but I've done mine with pins to make the hands swappable. You can see some examples in my blog, here.

Is the weapon the only diffirence between the models?

The Harbinger have more armour than the Archai. There's a helmet that is added to the head and a different chest plate used for either version.

But since the models have fixed gear, no matter what kind of armour is modelled on the models the weapon will dictate what they are in-game. You can just pick and choose what you like best

Exactly what Mioum said. On my Morghasts I'm gluing the chest plates in place and I've pinned the helmets to make them removable. (Both versions of the 'ghasts have shoulder pads, and it just seems odd to wear shoulder pads without a breastplate or something for them to attach to.)
