I have not based it or highlighted it. Is there anything missing? Should I add more color??

Are you going to have light coming from the torches on either side of the Necromancer? Beyond that, the only other thing I could possibly suggest would be to maybe shade or darken the creamy/bone colour at the end of the wooden spikes, because they stand out a bit as they are, being probably the lightest parts of the model at the moment!

Apart from that, the highlights should finish it (in my opinion) and basing will just top it off :)

I agree with Santa and Malochai. I think the fire needs to be painted and a little more gore can't hurt. They are corpses after all! I think get those bits painted, then base it. That way you can see how everything else fits. I often like to start with the base because then the rest of the mini just ties in with it and it feels like it's more naturally part of it.

Base it and then consider washes and the like.
