I just noticed that one of my very own models were featured on the GW site. Just how cool is that if may ask? Now I only hope that the two others I sent in pictures of will be featured as well.

I think I should have left out my middle name when I sent in the pictures though, as I think it breaks up the dynamism of the text... o.o

But in all seriousness, congratulations. I have that site on my RSS and took a look at those models and the Champion really caught my eye (that and that pretty psychadelic Crimson Fist xD). 'The heads are a nice touch,' I thought, 'and the relatively normal looking head on the Warrior himself is somewhat different, which is good, until you realize that he has no eyes.' It's really pretty scary.

Excellent conversion and paint job! Is the model supposed to have his eyes closed or have they been gouged out?

To answer the question about the eyes: that flagellant head did not originally have sculpted eyes that could be detailed, but I thought it fit perfectly on the model, so I settled upon making him squint.

Anyway, nice surprise for you I guess eh? And a well deserved one, great conversion work, really capture the spirit of a Chaos Lord.
 
That's pretty damn cool! Hope the others will get featured as well. Remember us puny mortals when you get famous though :P
