They look good!

I'm guessing that you're using that green on everything to keep the models simple and quick to paint. I don't know if you ever go back and tinker with "finished" models (I do all the time), but maybe once your horde is a bit hordier, if you were to go back and add a secondary and/or spot color, I think it would really help these models to pop. Visually. Not because of crumble.

Nice work, I like the green colour, works well with them. Also if you're going Slytherin then you have your theme song sorted.

Loving the look on the zombie too, great paint job, I would agree with Von Calyptra though, a secondary spot could really make the models zing. Red is the obvious choice being opposite on colour wheel.

Loving it Ed. What green did you go for? We obviously think along similar delicious blood filled veins. The coat of arms of my Vampire is a fairly dark Green, Cream, Black with Gold trim. Need to start up a plog of my own... Sitting here with 10 wolfies half done in front of me.

Dan, good call. Would love to see some photos! Also, I used caliban green with a very subtle highlight of a 1/4 Bone White/Caliban green mix. Thanks for the input everyone else, I agree a secondary colour might make them pop more, thinking if adding a cream detail to the shields or some such.
You're right I went for a simple pallet to make them quick to paint, but I'm happy with the result. :) Going to finish the vampire off when I'm back from my hols, then the rest of the zommers. Then I'm thinking a spirit host and more skellies.....

Lol, all pictures shall henceforth also be posted here. ;)

As for conversions, I've done a couple of fairly tame unit filler conversions for the skellies, and am planning more. For now just trying to get the army up to gaming size.

Going to be trying to finish the zombies by the end of the week, then crack on with more skellies. Stay tuned.....
