If I have a count on zombiedragon wearing nightshroud, do i get to hit enemies that charge me even if they strike at the dragon? Otherwise this combo doesnt look so good )= ...

Unless it states in the items description I assume the night shroud only affects people attacking the vampire so they could still attack the zombie dragon and thise wanting to attack the vampire would have to wait.

If I remember correctly the description goes like this:
Models in BTB to wearer loses ASF, charge bonuses and gain I1.
If I'm correct it works like Chaos Runeshield and if mounted it is from the mount's base you count.
So I would say yes, if I remember correctly.

If they attack the dragon then the nightshroud has no effect. It says right in the item description that you have to attack the wearer to be affected by the armour.
