Here's my 750 list. Due to our VP strategies, I'll want to get the Kavalos Deathriders in there as soon as I can, and then I'll likely reinforce the second Mortek Guard unit. Considering Bone-Tithe Shrieker as the Endless Spell, but Nightmare Predator might be good too.

Here's an updated version of the list with the current point values and a fix on the core battalion which wasn't legal. Ran this in a PtG learning game with my nephew who was running Emerald Host Nighthaunt, which negates most of Petrifex Elite's benefits, but the Command Trait and Artifact did come in handy. I think trading in the unit of 10 Mortek for the 3 Necropolis Stalkers was a good call, and now I need to actually assemble the unit.

Nighthaunts-
Guardian of Souls
Knight of Shrouds on Steed
Chainrasps (20)6
Glaivewraiths (8)

We played Sudden Assault. First turn we shuffled forward and each got 2 vp, and I failed a charge with the Necropolis Stalkers that I should have rerolled and his Emerald Host ability started to soften up my army, though my Liege shrugged it off. We rolled for priority, and I let him take the first turn of the second round. He charged his Glaivewraiths into my Liege, Chainrasps into Mortek Guard and Knight of Shrouds into my Necropolis Stalkers. Keen to follow through on his threats, he picked the Glaivewraths to fight first, only doing one wound to the Liege. I then picked the Necropolis Stalkers with the extra damage stance and did exactly 6 wounds to the Knight of Shrouds, killing it. Next was the Chainrasps, but with Shield Wall active on the Mortek Guard I only lost 4. Finished off the combat with 2 dead Glaivewraiths and 7 Chainrasps. Battleshock killed off 6 more Chainrasps. Then my turn started, and I brought back 3 Mortek Guard. At this point my nephew was realizing he hadn't remembered several of the Nighthaunt allegiance rules, which would have substantially changed how the previous turn had played out. I myself had forgotten to remind him to use Inspiring Presence during the battleshock test. Lessons learned, we ended the game there, but I imagine the next bout will be much more difficult for me.

Overall, very pleased with my own army's performance, the Necropolis Stalkers especially. I wish I had 5 more points to run Deathriders, but the Necropolis Stalkers were a great blender.
