I think it is a natural assumption that older versions of the FaQ no longer have any say in any matter simply because they aren't accessible on the GW web page. If you can't trace a rule back to an official GW document supplied by GW themselves then I don't think you can use it as a source.

Hi all,

Have to say sorry to you all, you were right and Razor is kinda OP now, so to not write in other topick where i said that you can not use IP im sorry. You can use IP ect for this spell now and it's realy nice spell now, though making whole army just for one spell mioght be not great idea

Sometimes you just get stuck believing GW rules work in a certain way until you get to a forum and have it discussed.. We've all been there, either because people have 4 or more editions on their belt and mix editions together, because the wording is poorer than Greece or other such things..

But making a list around it is what have been done, and it works wonders, it doesn't NEED Mindrazor to go off but it is build around it none the less Johnny is of course the man with the plan or in this case list!

One day Gw will write obvious rules like if mindrazor is cast on a unit than they can use the generals inspiring presence making them S10.
Then the world will end.

I myself "skipped" 7th edition and played a bit in 6th, my most games were in 5th but back there I played mostly DE, in 8th I rerolled to VC and I'm very happy about that
