Hello Ejay,

-Drop Tullaris. Use his points for more units.
-Drop the Witches to 30 with full command and Razor Banner
-Give the Dark Riders shields, bows and musician only (your core will now be exactly 625).
-Drop the execs down to at least 35. Banner of Swiftness goes here to help them get into combat faster.
-Consider taking a Kharybdyss/2 cold one chariots/cold one knights with the extra points.

I have run a list similar to this, add witchbrew and see both hordes with super frenzy. I like 35 witches, 34 exies, cauldron, shrine, and fill the rest with locks shades and dark riders. with the amount of chaff DE can have and how good they are the -3 ld frenzy check is never much of an issue just march across the board and kill everything on your way to the edge of the table.

Super frenzy as long as both are with 6'' of the CoB right? I like a 50 WE horde with the CoB so that I can take casualty and give a beating back.

Never used Dark Riders.
