Hello everyone. I'm new to Vampire Counts but not to Warhammer...I date back to third edition WHFB. However, my primary army has always been dwarfs (with forays into High Elves and Ogres). Now the vamps have got my attention due to boredom with the dwarfen lack of movement and magic phases. Hopefully this army will provide me with what I've been missing.

Vamps are definitely different to Dwarfs - less elite infantry, more character focus, very different playstyle, etc, etc. I think you'll like it!

I'm looking forward to playing a force that is vastly different from dwarfs. I realize that I will be pretty much giving up a shooting phase but I've had plenty of that already. Thanks for the warm welcome.
