Okay, the Dragon only has a 5+ save, which is completely cancelled out by the Leadbelchers, so it takes a wound. The rider has a 2+ armor save (heavy armor, enchanted shield, mounted).

So, the leftmost dice are the leadbelcher wounds, needing 4+, and the right two are normal wounds, needing 2+.
