I've always found it funny to have a topic named like that, but now I do have some 'right' to call the topic this way, I'm actually not that happy about it.
So you might notice I'd be online every day. After my announcement to become a normal member again, it must seem I left the community as a whole. Which is not the case.
I announced wanting to relieve myself of the gaming addiction... Well when I finally got around deleting all games, something weird happened when using one of the most common programmes nowadays.
I msn'd 1 person... tried to help her... (Messenger 7.0? The newest)
Had music on... (Windows Media Player 10 I think)
Entering Control Panel for Windows XP.
Boom, black screen. Couldn't restart PC, had to format. My friend offered to format it for free. Guess what.
His system is Windows Vista, which brings compatability problems (it's weird I know). So now shit happens for the second time.
Hopefully my friend brings his Vista CD to school tomorrow so I can try and fix it, or get even more time delay trying to format the Hard Drive again on my stepfather's PC.
So that's how I've been living... figure... no pc... ugh
From approximately 40-60 hours per week (on schooldays) to practically 0.5 hour (posting eh)... sounds radical
Anyways I hope this problem is fixed soonishly, and being able to look on the forum a bit. I see I missed out a lot!
So, for everybody out there, remember:
Remember formatting a Hard Drive with Windows XP installed IS NOT compatible with Windows Vista
