That is a very bright take on the whole thing :pumpkin:

I like the colour of the metal/details on the spirit host, goes well with the green.

It's an interesting colour palette, although I feel like the neutral colours on the 'Bone throne' get drowned out very quickly.

It's nice, don't get me wrong, I just can't help the feeling that the throne is a bit off with the rest of it.

Opps didnt realize that the picture was so small! My apologies :Vampire1:
This is my first ever painted model, so pardon me if it is a bit noob. I learnt it from browsing through the forum:vampire3: Comments will be most welcome!

The additional
is unnecessary, and was showing up in the page as text. You don't need to manually add any more code for the image after using the 'Insert image' tool.

Your colors are very close to what I was thinking. I like your darker look. What paints did u use for the black colored bone cage etc.? i like this better then the bone white look. Nice work!

Not sure if serious.

Is that actually your first model painted? That is quite astounding if it is, as well as pure insanity. I doubt very many people would make the jump straight to a center piece for an army as their first model

Fantastic stuff from some of you guys - would have been quite scared of painting that thing myself... Thankfully my army theme allows a kind of different interpretation:

I have no idea what is going on, but I like it.

Do you have monkey skeletons? Or just monkeys that raise skeletons?

Thank you for your compliment. Every time I invisioned the engine I always wanted a darker engine with a horde of spirits. I started with a black base coat on the entire cage. I then applied three very thin drybrushings of Adept battle grey and a final drybrushing of astro grey. I used a big fluffy brush and just went to town. The larger brush picked out the detail well and actually gave an almost granulated look.

Inside the cage I wanted the look that the casket was radiating light so I drybrushed a little more astro grey and then gave it a fine misting of snot green at low psi

Thanks! I'm not too keen on the spirit horde... I may hit it with a wash of Leviathon Purple and hopefully darken it make it more trippy.

"+2", yeah peeps are llllloving that haha
