A brilliant model from Mad Puppet miniatures which my painting does not do justice at all.
Greatly recommended for anyone looking for a martial-looking female vamp.

She looks wonderful but the sword looks a bit..? I don't know..? Not like a real sword due to the thick redness?

Ugh, sorry I know that might not make much sense, as I do not paint much myself it's hard to give feedback x)

No, I know exactly what you mean. I'm not too happy with the sword either, but I'm currently at a loss as to how to make it obviously magical without repeating one of my other magic weapons in the army.

That's the only bit of her that I'm not pleased with.

Eyeless, I can't really see your work well enough to give any solid thoughts. What I can see looks decent. The color grades on the wings looks cool.

True :/ i need to polish a bit my photography. i'll take more pics maybe they look better, and i'll upload again, thx tho =]

Lord Drak, Keeper of the Heart of Winter, Leader of the Wardens of Winter.

The shot showing his back also shows Drak having my magnitized Rod of Flaming Death.

Condesa Isabel Ochandez de la Capella - pardon the dust, please. I bought and painted this model long before I ever considered playing Vampire Counts - before I played the Warhams, in fact. She was sitting on a shelf above my painting area for a couple of years until I got around to building an army for her.

She's perhaps the first model I ever painted and was satisfied with. The first time I set down my brush, looked at the finished mini and thought 'not bad'.

Don Leandro is a much more recent job, and I think the difference shows.

This is a case of where it is too much a close up. Bet they would look much better if the camera was back some.

The sword has that curvy shape, unfortunatly i couldent get nice close ups as it starts to blure, looks much better up close at any rate im satisfied with the overall.
H very well painted colours are well chosen and crisp, well done.

lol just found out that the sword is strait i thoght that it was a saber:redface:, thanks for the help yorga:thumbsup:

Well, if the curve was more even, it would probably be fine as a sabre - the problem is that the only bend is close to the base.

Still, I've seen worse - my friend's Kaldor Draigo model has a Nemesis Force banana.
