Skeleton Elves help?

Hey guys, this is my first time painting skeletons and I'm definitely no expert. Nor talented. To minimize my pain, I was wondering what would be a cheap, fast, and easy way to paint some undead Glade Guard. They'll be skeletons except for having green fabric. This is what I have in mind so far:

1. Prime white
2. Drybrush cloth green
3. Drybrush leather straps brown
4. Wash model in Agrax Earthshade
5. Highlight bone with Ulthuan Grey
6. Highlight cloth with 50/50 Ulthan Grey/green

Do you guys think this will be suitable?

Get out a test model see how it goes. Then post some pictures. You can always try a few different ideas. This will help you get a look at it. Others will help out with the idea also.
