How long ago did Nagash create the vampire potion?

It wasn’t Nagash. He made a potion so what people would not age. Although it was made of human blood and had similar side effects it had many more benefits than the one Neferata created, which was the vampire elixir and now it’s lost to the ages thanks to some angry book burners who didn't much like vampires.
