Spunges plog: The Deadly Alliance

[spunge]

Wow great theme! Undead skaven, love it! And it looks like you're having fun with it, and doing a great job. I like the skaven with the spear through him.

Thanks man! Once i got the colors figured out i really enjoyed doing these guys but its gonna be hard trying to top these when i get around to doing the next ten!

(Better quality pictures this time!) Getting the Dire Wolves slowly done! Tried a few different colors on the edges of the skin to get the it to look a bit raw and sore. Going to use some bits from the garden of morr set.

Once these are finished then onto these guys!

Hey guys i haven't got much more done on the skaven zombies in while but i did get the rest of the unit finished a while ago

Im posting a update now because i will converting the skaven warlord from the Island of blood set to a skaven zombie warlord and im hoping to get back into posting updates more often. I think i will start a new thread for the warlord conversion kinda starting fresh

Good to see your still chipping away at the undead skaven, how do you find coverting the one piece models? also that one with the tentacle / tail growing out his head... Whys no one told him yet?

Thanks man the undead skaven was put on the back boiler for a while but i have some ideas to add in like a undead warlord, undead rat ogre and i have to get a grey seer in there as well (hes the only one thats not undead!). I have some fluff written to go with the whole idea and how the undead skaven came about and im posting it on my blog soon enough.
As for converting the one piece models was ok but the left side with shield is all one piece and if i did more with the same models they might start looking all the same so if i did more id prefer trying a normal kit.

I like your undead skaven! Will you use a rat ogre as a unit filler or will you use a group of them as crypt horrors?
