Looks great to me, no problem with him being thin - he is suitably nurgly as he is 
The little chtuloid octopus thing had me puzzled until I saw it was coming out of a book, clearly a summons! Do you have a suitably wasted and thin "starving" army to go with him at all? Or is he the start of one? I always felt that the chaos gods get one dimensional treatment, but this is a great example of going beyond the obvious in making their servants - definitely a thumbs up from me.

Using an old zombie dragon for an DP conversion? That's original and interesting - and the execution is awesome Looks properly big and intimidating.

Very nice. Imaginative use of a somewhat lamentable sculpt (the old zombie dragon). Very well composed and painted with your usual high level of skill.
It is indeed a nice model but I will say snyggejygge, Be wary of threadomancy so it does not become a habit.
