Please note I am very strict with the rules, to ensure it is fair to everyone. So please do not ask here or via PM if your entry can be an exclusion, the answer will be no.

This thread will close on 15th August 2010.

As shown in my Zombie Dragon Project Log, here are the two required WIP photos for my entry. The final entry is coming in the next few days, complete with Zombie Dragon mount.

Final Entry: Wight King Battle Standard

Here's my BSB conversion.

Made from:
TK skeleton warrior legs (poor bugger was already pained and everything)
40k space marine shoulder bits (not sure what they actually are. I don't play SM)
40k chaos terminator chain-loincloth (I had to shorten this by cutting a piece out of the middle and re-joining, filling the gap with green stuff)
Skeleton warrior rear-torso
GG chestplate
TK charioteer head (the one with a crown)
Skeleton warrior banner-pole
GG hand weapon (left arm)

Final Entry

Here is the initial pic of the bits used:

Here is the 1/2 way pic:

Here is the finished image (without banner attatched, I needed to basecoat before I attatch banner, so this is the final pic because he can't be painted to submit)

Below are two *extra* images of the finished model after basecoating so I can show with the banner attatched. Not part of my submission.

EDIT: Sorry, I'm still pretty new to forums, didn't know how to resize images. I think I figured it out. Thanks for your help! :)

As requested by my brothers of the night, my Gentleman vampire, Roderick von black.

...and here he is finished (note he is actually in the forward right - if you were facing him - quadrant of the 40mm base, the rest are taken up by "skellies")

Here's my converting entry!

This will be a Ghouls conversion to go along my Lahmian army theme. Lahmian army need more femal models, and I found a suitable replacement for Ghouls that would otherwise not fit well with the theme.

Lots of work and definitly not cheap, but worth the trouble to me :D

Atoom, that is REALLY cool. What are the various bitz n' pieces?

Thanks for the kind words :)

The bits used are:
The resin parts are from Ramshackle Games - There are bits from different veichle sets and the wraith is from one of their figure sets.
See here for details: http://www.ramshacklegames.co.uk/
The other parts used are all from GW - There is an empire head for the engineer in the turret, some old skaven doom wheel bits and the black coach set.

Some great entries.

[mod]Important Reminder:

Your must have the required photographs for your entry to be valid. If you do not have the the required photos your entry will be discounted. The required photographs are:

Components: The is your conversion before assembly. After consideration the only possible exception here are complete sculpts, as there are no components.
WIP - A picture of the conversion / sculpt part way through - all entires must have this.
Final Entry - You must have at least one picture, to a max of 3. The max includes things like smaller detail picsture inserts. In the event there are more than 3 final pics, I will choose what I think are the best 3. Be warned, you may not like the pictures I choose but once they have been put through to voting they are final!
There are some great entries, and I don't want to discount any, so please post the relevant pics.

Any questions ask.[/mod]

OK here is my extended Coach, hopefully the pictures are up to the requirement:

The work done is mainly a cut of the Coachs 4 basic parts in to 15 parts where I discarded 1 (the symbol on the top of the Coach) and then added them together with a wider span in all four directions to make the coffin shape intact but in a bigger version. The length of the intended base is still the same 50x150.
The horses have been exchanged for horses from the Gamezone Mournful Knights.
Due to the extension the gaps had to be filled up, started with GW:s movement tray and GF9:s magnet sheets I made the foundation for the areas where green stuff would be added.
Green stuff have been added to the horses saddle to extend the cloth that cover the body. It have also been used to except fill gaps as modelling material for the 4 new panels and to create the roof if the coach where a copy of the coffin lids symbol.
