The models were amazing. There are some fantastic painters on this board. I couldn't decide who to vote for and it actually took me a few hours of looking at three entries side by side to decide. Axia... Fantastic Varghulf it was one of my top three, I like that normally someone doesn't do something like that model for a painting competition and you pulled it off well. I've done some flame work on a model before and I know how hard it is to get right. Bigcannon pulled it off well! In the end he got my vote.

Well done to everyone as there were tons of wonderful paint jobs! I'm glad I threw in with the lot of ya!

I for one went for the last Varghulf, always a sucker for a pretty Varg!

It was a tough call but my vote goes to Axia for his Varghulf.

In the end I went for Axia's - I thought the whole thing works really well, certainly the nicest overall scheme for a Varghulf I've seen.

It was a tough decision though. I almost went for the soulcart. I couldn't get my head around it in the conversion category - I just couldn't see how it would work when painted. I guess I should have had a little more faith though. The finished cart looked amazing.

Some really good entrants there and plenty inspiration for someone just starting a VC army (like me!).

What I can't believe is that I have somehow got 3 votes :O I mean my models don't even come close to the others!!

maybe they thought the cotton was real smoke.

3 way tie for 3rd place so far, i wonder how mantic will handle that?

I knew bigcannon was going to rack up the votes so I went with Marulla – Mannfred von Carstein but i see i am in the minority there. It must have been because he glued the vacume cleaner to the model by accident.

Ahhh why has the voting ended early, or is that just me, I havent already voted have I.
