As far as I aware, mine certainly don't - no wait, Rowhaine can into a wolf but he's only a hero level character so no comparison to Mircea,

Mine don't although they are capable of magical transformations nothing to do with their vampire abilities though.

Also it would take an incantation and such, nothing compared to Micrea's abiltiies

Simon has never been seen to shapeshift in any way but the ability is inherent within the von Carsteins so you never know. If he gets angry enough he could become some sort of semi vargulf.
