Vampire BSB Model?

I have been looking around for a good Vampire BSB model for a while now. There is a pretty good one from the BaneLords range but she is a tad to dark-elfy for me. So any other ideas?

I know that Cool Mini or Not had an undead Liche that I made as an SB a while back. I can't recall the name of it, but that made a great SB. You could kit bash some graveguard and empire stuff. That always works, even throw in some brettonian elements as well.

Get the winged vampire lord, replace his wing arm with a Blood Knight Banner arm and your laughing, you may need to extend the bar a bit to give it the hight needed for foot troops but it works a treat.

Duke's idea is pretty much one of the easiest options for a BSB on foot. alternatively I think you could do something similar to the Dark Vlad vom Enigma miniatures, as I don't own the model myself I'm not sure how easy that would be though.

For a mounted BSB I suggest the Mournful Knight Standard Bearer from Gamezone. Or are you required to stick to GW models?

Not the best picture, but a female vamp that would easily convert to a BSB.
There are a lot of Reaper miniatures from various ranges, that convert very well into a Vamp.
Quality tends to vary across the range however.

If you run a blood dragons army you can look on ebay for the old bsb vampire from the old box set.

They have a pack of standards that are easy to convert to warhammer so it opens up alot of models for it.

That model is very off-scale with GW mini. She's 28mm tall, but the size of her is really not in-line with current GW models. Her head is as small as a Skeleton fist, and I mean the newer one. Her arm are smaller than a Skeleton one too. The model is beautifull, but doesn't mix well when directly side-to-side with GW ones.

As for pieces, the head and the banner arm (cut at bicep) are seperate pieces.

Enigma has long has some great, great figs. This guy in particular was around since 2007/08 if memory serves. They done some repackaging (which was needed from their original run) and I truly hope that they go on and continue making these fantastic minis!

oops, I repeated a link you have already seen.
The best standard bearer I can find at all, is the new Blood Vassal (Ragin heroes witch elves) and I need them for my DE, or I would grab one for vamps.

Pre-Order Johnny. They are not out yet, check out their Deamonettes too Those are proper Deamonettes lol.

Aim to get a squad of Vassals and Daemonettes. (tho oddly whilst I intend to buy WoC someday, I never planned to get Daemons.. Well.... They will work in SoM)

Screaming Banner with the Aura of Dark Majesty & Fear Incarnate make for a very powerful standard bearer.

Here is my first attempt at a Vamp BSB. His head seems a little big but otherwise will work till something better comes along. What do you think?

You probably need a smaller head, the current one just looks oversized. If you have any, a Mantic Ghoul head might work for scale and shouldn't need that much of a change

Yep looks a little silly but dont have any other bits that will work at the moment. I may try the female vamp head from coven throne (one with pony tail) it is smaller.
