Name: "Captain" Omnilosa
Age: late 30s-early 40s (unless he's a vampire)
Physical description: a portly Sartosan pirate captain. He looks rather useless.
Attire: whilst in rather smart uniform for a pirate (a stolen, passed down uniform from a navy officer of the Empire), the self-styled "Captain" Omnilosa is dressed rather bizzarely. Festooned with trinkets and items, he wears a battered pair of spectacles which probably make his eyesight worse due to the layers of dirt and cracks on them. Omnilosa carries a shabby feathered staff, which he calls "the punisher" he claims to have taken from a mighty orc shaman he defeated. Omnilosa is convinced there is magic within the cheap stick, though none have witnessed him "bringin' out the voodoo powers" and reported it as of yet. He tends to use it as a cane, though of course one he would merely threaten people with. Another notable set of items Omnilosa carries is the treasured set of jam jars of his mother. Omnilosa has loved jam throughout his life, yet his tastes for particular types change quickly, so he is always emptying and refilling his jars with a new specimen of jam from an unchartered land.
Personality: extremely changeable, Omnilosa has dabbled in pretty much every art known widely to man, as well as many other strange practices. Omnilosa boasts loudly of his various (usually fictional) exploits, though perhaps his egocentric nature can be forgiven because of the creativity infused into the telling of his tales. He seems to be a harmless fellow, but with no real direction, his obssessions - such as the creation of black powder weapons, magic rituals and dangerous lands - have led to foolhardy expeditions that he has always miraculously survived - as of yet...
Brief History: Omnilosa was a peasant of the Empire, who, as a young man, rose up through the ranks of society via mercantile trade. Eventually gaining the favour of (and a job serving) an extremely rich old businessman, Omnilosa realised he had enough money to pursue his sudden eccentric and transient desires, which he'd felt since a young age. He did quiet little things until his employer died. Whilst the business was passed to someone more sturdy in their ideas, the vast majority of the old man's fortune passed to Omnilosa, who has - since then - been indulging his crazes and wants and living life to its full. Most had recognised the fool - who can be very clever, but has little common sense - as harmless, and so the worst punishment he usually got when his practises broke laws was being a little roughed up by the town guards. It seemed that Omnilosa would spend the rest of his days living a wild life - that is, until he declared himself a pirate captain and set out in a small boat to Lustria. The Lizardmen did not take kindly to the way Omnilosa expressed his jovial, slightly insane character and so he was taken prisoner. Omnilosa has occupied himself with weaving tales of his valour to inhabitants of the prison, or a drawing on the wall if no-one is present. To those inhabitants of the jail willing to believe his tales, Omnilosa is a heroic, romantic pirate who would make Sigmar look irrelevant. And, possibly the only true thing he says, a "fine good jam-maker".
I hope that's an acceptable bio.

Do I have to PM someone I want to be a trusted companion, or can I just wait for a PM from another player, or, if I'm not sent a PM by another player, a PM from the GM pairing two characters (one of them mine) up. And can vampires have any of the special abilities, or are they only available to humans?
