VCs are sort-of weaker, but have their strengths. Funny thing is that most hardcore tournament gamers have compensated by doing everything that was discouraged in 7th edition. Drop the Skeletons (except for a bunker), use Ghouls, put your MotBA Helm of Command Lord behind a massive unit of Grave Guard with Drakenhof Banner, max out on rares, and spam VHD :grave:
