What are your favourite GW Miniatures?

[Saint of Steel]

For Warhammer it has to be the Slann Mage Priest model. I just think it's absolutely divine, but then I suppose Slann are to a certain extent... I'm also a big fan of the Chaos Lord on Daemonic Steed model, for a static miniature it's rather badass!

As for 40K it's got to be Ghazghkull Thraka, I remember seeing that model when it came out in White Dwarf many moons ago and being absolutely besotted with it, I still am to this day!

There are many good ones, but one of my absolute favourites is the High Elf Everqueen model, it's just beautiful.

Other good ones are the lizardmen Slann and Stegadon, Chaos lord och Daemonic steed and the High Elf dragon lord.

I'll say my favorite from my main army (OK), favorite from VC, then from the ranges

Ogres
Plastic - I really love the Ogre Bulls. They are very customizable and I just like them alot.
Metal - Either Skrag or the Hunter w/SaberTusks.

Vampire Counts
Plastic - I really like the Graveguard.
Metal - Tough one. I like the Varghulf and the Mannfred on Nightmare. Bloodknights, too, are also epic!

Other Ranges:
Hard to pick just one or two, but a few that stand out to me are:

Green Knight
Dwarf High King Thorgrim Grudgebearer and the Throne of Power
Queek Headtaker (other than that god-awful Banner. It's good, just I don't like it.)

My personal GW favorite would have to be Asdrubael Vect and the Pimpmobile. Favorite from Vampires is the Varghulf, and from Forge World, you can't go wrong with the chaos dragon (you think that Keeper of Secrets is disturbing, the chaos dragon has a mouth for a stomach.)

One model that has stood out to me recently is Deathmaster Snikch.I saw him in the new Skaven book and for some reason I really like the model, he just seems so dynamic. I also like the Grey Seer that is stop on top of the Screaming Bell.

Actually you have a good point there DoN. I really like the Warmaster errrr, squeek? you know the one with spiky armour an 7 attacks who's rock hard.

I heard somewhere he has 7 attacks too, but but after reading it I believe he has 6 and the "additional weapon" is listed as already factored into that. He's called Queek btw. Squeek is the first name of every skaven clanrat.

My favourites are Krell and Arkhan <3

Ah yes Queek. He got buffed quite a bit. 6 attacks is insane for a little rat like him. Ah well. Gutter runners still have pigfaces though. You might want to headswap them with Clan Rats heads, which are new and better looking in my opinion.

Current favourite GW model is the Chaos Lord on Juggernaut. He just rocks. And the Slaanesh Lords too, best GW Chaos figs in years.

Can't stand the current crop of VC characters.... they lost all the sophistication of Vampires... although tbh I didn't like the 6th ed ones either... The rank and file are great though.

The Worst Figure of All Time award has to go to Nagash though... :skull:

I just love the Doom Bull. I also like the Mordheim Vampire, I use a converted one as my VC General.

Worst model has to be the minotour standard bearer.

Nagash is a pretty dam ugly miniature for its size.
My fave mini's are as follows:
-Konrad (love his bat cape)
-The latest dire wolves and grave guard (never liked the old dire wolves and grave guard)
-Varghulf!
-Blood Knights! (They may cost alot, but im gunna get them anyway)
-Sartosan vampire! (im gunna use it for my Vampire Lord)
- the warhammer giant. It is a kewl lookin kit. Looks like alot of fun to convert.
-Ogres!
-ushabti (they ooze kewl)
-The new skaven doomwheel and special characters
-Carnosaur! (a really great looking dinosaur. Who wouldnt want to ride the equivalent of a t-rex but cooler looking?)
