Good Evening my fellow masters of death,

I am as the heading of the topic states looking for a model to use as the basis of a Nagash conversion to represent him in his 3rd reincarnation (which is the current day version - after his rebirth during the Night of the Restless Dead). Now obviously he is a Giant Skeleton wearing Armour Forged from Meteoric Iron, wielding Mortis and the Staff of power, but essentially the main thing I need is a model to start from.

I am looking for Suggestions of any models, manufacturer is not important (though cost is semi so) while material I would love plastic but doubt that but I have no issues working with Metal or Resin (I do however dislike Restic style compounds especially for a conversion project such as this). Size wise I am looking for something in the middle of a Giant and a Ogre. I am confident with green stuff so as long as the main model is there I can work in alterations fairly easily.

Many thanks in advance for your suggestions.

This is pretty much the sickest thing ever. TK sphinx torso, some Engine Banshees, a ghost puff from the Empire Wizard kit.

That is truly awesome no doubt and not too tragic cost wise... I am open to other suggestions though as I don't want to go ripping someone else's conversion right off....

I've seen nightbringer used as base before, with various tomb king and vampire parts added. The Nagash Immortal book cover makes him look like a swarm of razorblades and bones so you could scratchbuild something to that effect.

I would personally use a great weapon ushabti, particularly the jackal one as a base. Cover the legs up by extending the skirt and arms with flowing sleeves, swapping the head for a skull with a crown made from blades and clean up the various cracks, missing bits and chips to make it less statue like. My only other suggestion would be too small; graveguard legs with a dark elf corsair torso, high elf wizard arms and some greenstuffing to tie it together.

I think the Games Day Limited Edition Archeon on Foot model that i used for my Vampire Lord I entered the contest with is an excellent choice to build a Nagash model around. However it wouldn't be as massive as many of the other suggestions on here.
