Awesome stuff MR.S the painting is brilliant the bones look great and i especial love that wolf’s eye at the back nice touch, the basing is very good too.

I’m still busy with my dire wolfs as my daughter keeps me too busy, I’m lucky if I get 10 minutes rest for the day :'( in fact she’s setting on my lap right now watching teletubeis, anyways back to the subject I absolutely love the way you did the eye on that dire wolf at the back and it will flow very nicely with my color scheme would you pleas sent me the recipe.

I keep all my painted units colours on file in case I need to go back to them. Here's the wolves:

Eyes – Goblin Green to Bad Moon Yellow to Skull White
Fur – Base: Chaos Black, Drybrush: Shadow Grey, Fortress Grey, Rotting Flesh
Skin – Base: 1:1:1 Chaos Black:Scorched Brown:Codex Grey. Highlight: 1:1:2 Chaos Black:Scorched Brown:Codex Grey, to 1:2 Scorched Brown:Codex Grey, to 1:1 Scorched Brown:Bleached Bone, to Bleached Bone. Wash: Brown ink.

I use the the rat-bat-wolf things from the 'Descent: Journeys in the Dark' game. The are creepy and different enough from regular wolves to fit as Dire wolves.

Tartar those dire are awesome you’ve done one heck of a paint job and the basing is ace, but I do agree with cuzz with the single pose what a shame.

This are mij 4 first painted warhammer models
I had the starter kit of 40.000 but after painted it all i concluded that i prefer warhammer fantasy

Here's my first pack of 5 Dire Wolves with the Winter Wonderland -theme. Nothing too special, a few spikes added to distinguish the champion. I went through these pretty quickly as I just finished my wraiths this morning, but I'm still satisfied with the result.

Here are my color schemes, the yellowish one is the Doom wolf and the rest look the gray and green color

Im not real fond of these old models, but that is what i had.... i tried to do the brown ones as more traditional wolves, but i didnt like how they turned out so changed to the grey color...
