Here they be, Lady Einhorn and the Carmine Knight.

He was leftover spare from a rider swap on the Zombie Dragon, but she's WIP at the moment.

Nice theme overall! I must say i thought the chaos horse wouldn't fit much with a vampire, but you made it work quite nicely.

A simple Necrach from me, mounted and unmounted version

Painted last summer as part of a youtuber's discord painting challenge. I never did receive my prize for completing the challenge, but iirc the main prize was a tshirt and I don't think he even had one in my size. The real prize was, of course, the models I painted along the way, and I remain especially happy with how this one turned out.

Also per the challenge, I did a series of tutorial videos covering my paint scheme. not the best video quality, I can't keep the subject in frame, much less in focus, but it does convey what I was doing pretty well. Useful for me at least, since I tend to paint in short bursts many months or years apart, so it's nice to have an easily referenced record of the colors and methods I was using for the next time I come back to this army.

Here are mine. The mounted one is still missing his shield on the photo, but you get the idea ;)

This is lovely. Black armor is always a joy to see, when it is done well and you did superbly.

I do think the vampire almost comes off as glowing and ghostly though. That is not my particular preference, but your craftsmanship is still awesome and I only mention it because I want to ask if you had any specific thoughts behind it or it was just the look you wanted? After all, I've seen vampires in all shades except maybe buttercup yellow, so I'm not here to police anyone's skin tones, particularly when they are this quality.

Yeah, glowing ghostly somewhat mono-chromatic green is the look I've been going for so far, though this vampire's skin tone was an especially pale & thereal variant on previous schemes, trying to imitate a bit the look of the vampire lord on the battletome cover. Here's a picture of most everything I've painted so far togehter to get an idea of the overall effect (pleae ignore the raven guard rhino off to the right):

A bit off topic, I suppose, but the same vampire lord is in the middle there, so not entirely so.

Well, in this army, that vampire Lord definitely fits in and with that lord you did hit pretty close to the book cover. Nice and tight paint scheme in general.
To my slight surprise, I really, really like your wolves, where the glow of bone and maw contrasts well with pure black skin.

The Varghulf is a little funny to me, a big, glowing vampire-werewolf thing, but that is a taste matter.

Your Pallid Court in the back is awesome, I think they might be the models I love this scheme most for, but the Cursed City models on the same hill are also awesome.

And is that a converted Arkhan Chariot in front of the Rhino? If yes, I would love to see it better or just have a link to a fuller plog, if you have one :)

Finally, the winter board fits the scheme very well.

I've posted him in the Arkhan Thread a year or so ago, and you even responded! :p
But since you brought him up I went back and updated That Post with some more pictures.
