Thing is even if you get flanked as long as you arent multi charged, you can make way in such a way that no actual light cav is in combat. Only works if there are 3 or more characters though. Crumble is the defining factor though and that doesnt care if your toughness 3 or 8. If you think about...

Thats why i said the t4 might be worth the special slot :p . I was just thinking, now that we dont have to have VC lore on the general we can finally utilise forbidden lore, and take a lvl 4 with any lore and maybe two lvl 2 necros with lore of vampires to heal up units. Going to go for beasts...

Got my own lvl 4 vampire lore as well though, so even if they stop all the summoning, I should then get my vanhels and invocation off. Could always switch it for lvl 4 undeath 2xlvl2 vamp lore but then might risk not getting the invocations off but will have to play test.

While im leaning towards agreeing with you. The wolves and horse archers are intended for that, as well as the two baby vamps with lore of undeath for all the spirit host that are needed. The crux of the matter is probably determining if two lvl 2 lore of undeath wizards are able to perform...

You clearly still havent witnessed the full bleding "Powwer!!" (Jeremy Clarkson voice) of the vamps. But jokes aside the list shouldn't have to much trouble with the skaven and just change the banner of swiftness to flaming for regen killing. Scullcrushers might be an issue but the vamps...

I was thinking of doing just that, now the real question is whether 20 toughness 3 with a 4+ save are the same as 10 toughness 4 with a 2+ save... wil have to test in game to really get a good feel for it, but i recon that t4 is maybe worth the special slot.. 20 full command with light armour...

The theme is important but then again to actually buy all the tk horses, skely and GG parts to make them fit with the VC will probably not be worthwhile. So was thinking to take the light cav dump a few horse archer to fit in 4 units of 5 dogs and take the rest of the core in 5 man horse archer...

Yeah I agree that i wont necessarily dominate the magic phase, but then again with pure VC I've never really done that either and still managed to do alright. I would like some dogs but that kinda takes away from the whole cavalry thing:sick: what i could change, is make the horse archers five...

If he is a lord and has redfury would he gain additional hand of dust attack for every wound caused? Might be pushing it a bit lol
