I think I would drop the cairn wraith and forbidden lore on the vamp (and use either lore of shadow or vamps again) I'm guessing you want to use heavens for the signature spell for another -1 to ld for the battle of wills and TG scream and if your dead set on that I'd say drop the vamp to lvl 1...

Page 62 in the IoB rulebook says that units in combat are immune to panic checks. Charging the terrorgheist wouldn't make them flee so you couldnt overrun/ persue from the terror-charge on a unit already in combat unless they fled due to loosing the combat.

Bretonia caqn go 3 wide for a full rank because of an army special rule "Lance formation" - though actually thatarmy book does say 3 models wide instead of 4 for a full rank, i just cant find where it says 4 wide for cavalry ranks in the rulebook
