Well, yes, but as you said, you can do that with any other shadow spell and some frome other lores. This just came as obvious combination for great damage

I agree with Gladius, I too will be using HW&SH for 6+ ward. You can maybe assemble half with spears, and half with hand weapons. So if you want spears, just put those with spears in front, and vice versa :)
