The colour theme with the red/yellow is a nice touch and well executed, hopefully we will see a whole force in this style or at least all characters and champions

Here is my 90% complete Vlad Von Carstein summoning hellfire !! I still trying to get some better pic and testing on sizes. Will get myself a light box once the carpenter is free .

Any comment for background ? Black or white is better ?

I am thinking to have a group of skeleton using the same fire effect to stand around Vlad as well to make a regiment of skeleton from hell, or maybe ghoul/zombie ?

I am thinking to make maybe 2 converted grave guard as bodyguard for him to look like it is just being summoned from hell, but considering Grave guard model is covered mostly with amour, i will use skeleton body instead of GG body.

Another option is to modify my current ghoul hair into burning effect like what i did for Vlad.

A black background looks best in my opinion, because it is a bit of a dark model.I can't really make out what's on the cape though, you ought to make some close ups and edit into one picture (like they do in the old 'Eavy Metal articles of WD).

But from what I can see is that you do a good job on Characters as well as rank and file. Really needs motivation for that!

You're also one of the few that can make Vlad look less stupid than he ought to be modeled.

Oh, they're not my own lads! (more's the pity.) They're from a rather famous VC army, most notably featured in the general's compendium. I thought the fiery heads might suit Bigcannon's excellent Vlad.
