Concerning the debate over WS 0, I feel that if you are ever lucky enough to have your enemy fail their fear test, and simultaneously get off the battle of wills WS penalty, then you deserve to not have them strike back 
With all of the LD bubbles, and BSB's, and the fact that most popular armies have high leadership anyway, it's not a very likely scenario (And not one worth arguing over anyway).
In the chance that I had to pick a camp, I would side with the theory that you can still hit on a 6. Yes, it is a very poorly written rule (The way that a lot of GW loopholes go) but I think that it makes more sense (if only slightly) that you can ALWAYS hit on a 6.
This aside, I was unaware if you can use generals LD for Battle of Wills? I was worried my thrall would not be puttin' out like I want her to, but this might change a great many things
