Hello everyone. Perhaps this is already known to you, but today I bring you a big exploit from AoS that you should NOT use by any reason, lest the curse of the Undead ravages your soul (and not in the good way, might I add).
I mean it!
This is what's going to happen:
You will use:
Settra (your General)
5x Tomb Kings or 4+ Khalida
1 Liche Priest
1 unit of whatever number of Skeleton Archers, Horse Archers or Chariots.
1 Casket of Souls
1 Corpse Cart (Balefire)
1 Mortis Engine (Blasphemous Tome)
You don't need to include any other miniature or unit. Seriously, play against any army and you will have 70-100% success chance on your first turn.
Your turn goes:
Deploy everything within range so that every model can use and influence their intended target with their abilities, this should mean, deploy everything within 12'' of each other, and your archers as close as possible to the enemy. Go second, if you please.
Now, use Settra's Command Ability, to enable all of your Tomb Kings to use their "My Will be done" command ability on your Skeleton Archers. Now your Archers have +5 to their To Hit rolls, making any roll to be at least a 6 in the result (since modifiers affect the actual roll, not reduce the difficulty of the roll by x...)
Now, auto-cast Righteous Smiting on your Skeleton Archers (double 1's + 3 = 5)
Then, Move your skeletons within as many Enemy Units within range of their arrows as you possibly can.
In your Shooting Phase, any roll you make To Hit will trigger Righteous Smiting, enabling you to make an unlimited amount of arrow attacks. Yes, Unlimited.
if you follow the Making Attacks rules, you can make each roll 1 by 1, until you've killed everything within 20'' from at least 1 archer.
...
Now, you've broken the game and will maybe get punched in the face for doing so.
Of course, theire is a number of ways to "patch" this.
What would you think is the appropiate punishment for someone who'd do this in tournaments? (it will never go out in a tournament, but still!!)
