Honestly... the parallels between bretonnians and vampires (mostly the blood dragon bloodline) is kinda amazing. Lets just take the Green Knight for example... In the armybook his description is about him being a phantom sort of being who challenges questing knights to a duel to prove their worth to sup from the grail and become grail knights... sounds a lot like how blood dragons do things for their gets. Just a thought I've had in my head for a while...

And looking back in that armybook once again made me kinda disappointed at how plain the grail knights are rule wise... The lore paints them as having amazing powers gifted to them by the lady, but the only time that actually occurs is when you have a special character with a magic item to give him stuff... and they don't have to be grail knights to get that stuff.

Its Empire... I looked it up the day before yesterday... I knew it was on the border between the two, but I had thought it was on the Bretonnian side. But, in my search for more information on various blood dragon people, it was on the Empire side. Though thinking about it now, considering it was an inquisitor (I think that was his title) that found them out and had forces remove them, it makes a lot more sense for it being Imperial owned.

Edit: Also... I didn't know that the Red Duke was the King's (of that time) brother... I knew he was a good friend of the king, didn't know they were related though. Meh, there is still more for me to learn I guess.

Edit2: And another thing for the Blood Keep... I'm not sure what made me think it was bretonnian other then wishful thinking because I already knew its order was the blood dragons even before they became vampires, and the empire are the ones who have the named orders and such for their knights.

Return of the (Dread) King!

So I'm back to posting on CN. I'll be posting IC (AND THIS TIME I MEAN IT FOR REAL - CURSE YOU, YOU PROCRASTINATION-PROVOKING INTERNET!) tonight.

Edit: right, I've caught up with the posts, but oh dear...I haven't posted since page 2. Making a catch-up post will be tricky...hopefully I'll get it up tonight, though.

That seems fair enough. Where is the cave though (not the exact location, just which province of the empire...I don't think graveclaw would leave the crown just lying in a cave in Carstein territory).

I notice that quite a few RPers have mentioned Graveclaw having the crown recently...we'll have to work out a group post edit together.

We could edit our posts to say that we all have knowledge of Graveclaw having the crown of Nagash, but haven't actually seen him wearing it in this meeting. Unless anyone else has any other suggestions, I'll make that edition to my posts involving the crown shortly.

I went ahead and edited my post on page 3, referencing Graveclaw's pure physical size instead of the crown. Doesn't work as well but follows the RP better. :)

If we go back to silver pinnacle and it's occupied by Chaos I think it should be the Anointed of Slaneesh makes the most sense out of the Chaos fractions

Oh, did the Silver Pinnacle fall to chaos? Must have missed that... Honestly I've been confused as to who betrayed/ambushed us. Or do we even know? Cause I got the impression that it was a 3rd party who was wanting to try and finish the council before it gained any momentum.

Chaos doesn't use assassins they got balls

I get the feeling that tzeentch would likely disagree on that point... Khorn totally, but all the others I could see it happening... Nurgle would be a bit of a stretch, but striking from the shadows is generally less dangerous then just fighting out in the open.

If it was chaos especially Tzeentch then they would of done a better job of the assassination attempt, they would of corrupted several key targets actually in Drakenhof who would of turned just at the right moment killing a large number of the council when they least expected it like when they were discussing their next move most likely
