Sorry for disappearing so bloody busy with an electrical block course, may still be disappearing a lot as got heaps of studying to do though will try keeping active,

Sorry for how slow my updates are coming in guys, last night was my first free few hours and it took me aggeeessss to do that short update.
I'll give everyone until the weekend to post and then we'll continue.
I'm surprised at the lack of activity in Chapter Altdorf though so I Might have to GM everyone into joining Nicoletto and then people back write about everything that happened before in retrospect.

He'd planned to send her in with Jager since she's sneaky.
Didn't occur to him to use Niklaus, that was the assassin's idea.
I know but if she was incapable of even following the lead of Jager while Varelsa provides a distraction (e.g peeving Akela off as they've an...unpleasant history) then she must be a terrible sneak.
Niklaus was ofc better suited to the task being able to use magic to literally be a shadow (and thus making him quieter) but Varelsa wasn't aware of that.

Anyone had a chance to glance at my character sheet in the sign up thread? If I get approved I can start doing some side stuff on my own perhaps.

Ah, crap. Just realised the night of the restless dead happened less than 1000 years before our current time. As Morturion has already referenced being a thousand years old I'll have to just say he became a necromancer during an undead attack on his village.

I've been working on that newly posted flashback/subplot for a while - I'll write more later, but of course, now I've finally finished that post, I'll be finding Hellwraith a place to start in the story tomorrow.
@Hellwraith Er, sorry about the really late reply, but here's my two cents on your bio.
It's great, and we I look forward to integrating your character into the main story, but there will be difficulties at first due them being of an opposing faction (although as chaos becomes more involved in the storyline, other chaos characters will pop up for your character to interact with) - so there will be a larger than usual amount of side stuff for your character, I expect.
Kamahl is an interesting character, and his stats are fine, but for his weapon skill being 8 when wielding Serenity. Could you reduce that to 7? It just doesn't seem plausible that a 28 year old (without superpowers ofc) would have a weapon skill matching that of some of the most advanced vampire lords to walk the Warhammer World. Not that Kamahl would by any means not be a master of blades with a weapon skill of 7.
I'm liking this backstory to Morturion. Really drives home how evil he is when at 15 he likes dark magic. Plus, of course, the name (Morturion = Mort = Death, assuming that's intentional).
