Just a heads up: I have just made a rather massive edit to my most recent post in chapter 8, as I was uncomfortable with its length and detail. I hope this has not been detrimental to any of the content in chapter 8 proceeding it, and if it has, please let me know how and I will make the necessary changes. I understand people might want to know about this anyway so that any future posts they made that took any inspiration whatsoever from my post could be altered to account for these changes to my post.

In comparison Nicoletto who is a 3rd generation combat based Lahmian who is 654 years old.

Agility: 8 – Even in life Nicoletto was unusually swift, with his Lahmian heritage he has honed his speed to great heights.
Weapon Skill: 5 (8) - Nicoletto has specialised in various Rapier schools of swordsmanship.
Ballistic Skill: 4 – A little better than most mortals
Raw Strength: 4 – Supernaturally strong but weaker than most vampire Lords.
Technique Strength: 5 (8) – Specialised in the use of the rapier and certain off-hand weapons. Has instructed mortal and immortal alike in it's use.

Weapon skill: 5 (her education in the arts of the sword and centuries of doing what it takes to survive have made her quite skilled with a sword)

Ballistic skill: 2 (Being born in Bretonnia and having focussed on magic, Esmerelda can barely hit the broadside of a Dragon, let alone a human)

Raw strength: 4 (Her age and rough centuries of unlife have made her very strong, but prefers the arcane)

Toughness: 4 (Esmerelda prefers NOT to be hit)

Technique Strength: 6 (A result of education from some of the world's finest swordsmen, combined with the grace of the styles of dance she has learned).

Tactical knowledge: 5(6) (how else do you successfully lead an uprising?)

Elanor Rosenberg who is a 243 year old 5th generation Lahmian

Basics
Speed: 6 - She's in good shape and has the natural speed of an above avarage vampire due to her bloodline.

Agility: 6 - She's always been very agile and flexible in her human life due to her career in performing. Her magical abilities and Lahmian bloodline accentuate that.

Weapon Skill: 2 - Nimrais hardly knows combat. Some of her magic tricks and her heightened senses as a vampire make her as skilled as an avarage human.

Ballistic Skill: 5 - Nimrais has a very good hand-eye coördination. Many of her tricks required utmost precision.

Raw Strength: 4 - She's a small girl. And although she is much stronger than the avarage human, she's not as strong as an avarage vampire.

Technique Strength: 1 - Nimrais knows of no combat techniques besides "hit them with the sharp end".

Toughness: 5 - Although she's of small and fragile form, she has taken a lot of abuse in her life and became a tough girl because of that.

Tactical Knowledge: 1 - The only thing Nimrais might be able to lead is a circus troupe. She possesses charisma, but no tactical skills.

To sum up!
I think your speed and agility are perhaps a little to high for her age and generation, remember 5 is average for a powerful vampire lord. Also perhaps raw strength should be 4 to represent the lower physical strength of the lahmian bloodline?

I'm very happy with her magical ability though, seems perfect.

OK, I changed it a bit. Was the average skill level a bit higher in the previous iteration? I'd guess that's why I had them pretty high.

In the first TVC? It was much higher than now.

Basic Stats:
Speed: 6 (a combination of Lahmian blood and long-standing cowardice means she's got very, very good at running away)
Agility: 5 (again, being Lahmian helps. She's also spent time either disguised as a dancer or escaping at high speed through too-small tunnels, which has allowed her to further hone her skills. And, of course, when all else fails she'll slash repeatedly at the face before fleeing.)
Weapon Skill: 4 (she's learnt some fencing and hunting techniques to help fit into those courts where it's acceptable for a lady, and has been forced into frenzied close combats on a few occasions. Relies on a mixture of elegant duelling forms, dirty tricks and crazed slashing)
Ballistic Skill: 2 (she theoretically knows how to shoot, but rarely practices. Attempting to shoot on the run probably doesn't help matters)
Raw Strength: 4 (still stronger than a human, but contests of strength are not her forte)
Technique Strength: 4 (while she does vaguely know how to fight, none of her techniques apply her enhanced strength as much as they could)
Toughness: 4 (she's able to ignore pain when necessary and has a certain amount of help from her vampiric blood, but she still doesn't want to get hit)
Tactical Knowledge: 3 (she's commanded enough cabals and slept with enough generals that she has a vague idea how warfare works)

I'm happy with this. You can put her agility up to 6 if you'd like to display her Lahmian speed.


Other than that optional change, I'm good with your character.

So, is there someone else we are waiting on in chapter 9? I've posted till we meet up (or even till we get to the blood keep or where ever the next major plot point for the chapter takes place) and Ghouly basically did the same in another chapter... So is there someone else who is needing to post before that chapter continues? Just curious. I'm used to waiting a while between posts by now, so it doesn't really matter if there is someone else needing to post, I just remember it being a relatively small group going to the blood keep.

This is true! Although I'll probably add some touches to the fact that a one handed sword like a rapier requires more physical strength than the likes of a two-handed longsword.

And he's infinitely patient...up to the point where he isn't :tongue:


Also guys for Chapter 7, please specify which carriage you get into. (E.g. First or Second).
