TVC II OOC General OOC Discussion

From what I've read, Chains is kicking TVC I's arse right now. I'm only in the teens chapters, though.

Get, I'm loving Vaz'rin. He and Graveclaw are the only Ubers I enjoy reading about. Also, Gree is doing wonderful things with Mircea. I much prefer him to Simon. And Mannfred is perfectly played, I just forget who all was covering his posts.

I think it's like the twelfth time Magneqrox(spelling?) has "felt true fear for the first time" by now. He must be awfully forgetful. Serves him right for being a dragon-man-chaos-vampire.

But enough about the past. Since you guys are having so much trouble with letting DoNny keep up, may I suggest a posting order? It's something I've seen work wonders in large RP's that go on for a long time, and while it may slow up things a bit, it keeps everything nice and neat. Just in case any of you (like Count Michael) are new to this, it means that you take numbers in an ascending order, and people post in that order.

For example: I take 1, DoNny has 2, and Simon has 3. I post, then DoNny, then Simon, and so on, until it comes back to me and the cycle starts again.

That system has its obvious flaws, like conversations, and sudden bursts of interaction. We could simplify it to no more than two posts each per Update post?

Whilst that might help (I dunno) it's completely counter to the idea of TVC's free-story writing style that it was founded upon.

In agreement with what others have said, DK, if it wasn't for your niceness in OOC and the general tendency to not want to brutally slaughter somebody's literary creation, Morty would be dead. If this wasn't the TVC, I'd put his life-estimate at minus three; he'd have been lucky to make it through Chapter 1... let alone parking a giant Necromantic penis in the Carstein's front door.

Do try and tone it down, as we don't want to be in a situation where the OOC-niceness side of Dread King, making us reluctant to kill nasty-IC-Morty, is making the RP less believable.

If Graveclaw cast certain spells on himself, or had enchantment placed on him (e.g. a weird talisman) then I reckon he might be able to get into Morr's realm. Otherwise, he would need to be "cured" of his vampirism, or have a little talk with Morty or Jason Nightwere (perhaps he can take souls to Morr's realm too?)

As for my unrealistic and kill-provoking RPing, I'm very sorry everyone. I have recently been tired, ill and suffering from back pains, as well as having to use my tablet because my computer has died and I won't have a hard drive for two whole weeks, so I haven't always been able to post to a good quality because my mind's been in a jumble. I promise that will change immediately; I'm not I'll or tired any more, and in about two weeks my posts should become much better on top of that (a shiny new hard drive! )

Edit: A new character is soon to come to the signup thread. Prepare to see a young vampiric lad who tries to impress people constantly getting scuppered by his sardonic intellectual pet snotling and a troll that disgusts everybody (or rather, trolls him :tongue: ).
