You should possibly think about getting your character sired, Kavok, if you want more power. There is always turning to chaos, that helps too! :devil2:

But seriously, if you want your Bret to have more power, get him to grab some stuff off the skaven. Some magic items will definitely help Kavok out, and the skaven have an ample supply of magic items (and warpstone, if you want him to go into boosting his magical powers).

If you can wait, Kavok, upgrading equipment and training hard could easily power up your character. I'm sure Faust would be prepared to do a deal over something unusual or high quality. Just wait for him to turn up to talk to Rowhaine once DoN gets back.

"Oh hey, whats this magic powder?" *sniff* "Oh..."

Though I get the feeling that would most likely lead to mutations... though considering my previous ideas would probably have had similar effects... And yeah... siring would probably be the easiest option to be honest. And would remove the need for a dealing with more deities... Hmm...

Edit: also on the note of training... I'm not sure there is much more to naturally improve upon... The eye of the tiger can only do so much for one man... And time wise I'm thinking its going to be a rather long road for Kavok no matter what way I take it, and I'm happy it is like that.

But equipment-wise, you could ask for armour that can increase your speed or strength, or ask for a blade capable of cutting stone in half. Obviously you'd need to do something in return, perhaps also collect materials, but the bonuses it eould provide would make you equal to the vamps, and you wouldn't have the problem of that pesky "death is dieing" problem.

On a more confirmationary note, Faust is approaching the castle from the opposite side. The necromantic bonds he sees are a bit like the streams of light from the BTbroadband adverts that connect a necromancer and his controlled undead. The reason there are a bunch flying away in every direction is that all the vamps who have left undead servants behind and so on still have control.

Oops, I appear to have been uber ninja'd. I obviously didn't refresh the page  I'll rectify that in a mo..

Kavok, your inner monologues are great. They show more of the motivation and inner aspect of your character, so we can know him a lot better.
And yes, the easiest way to become super strong is becoming a vampire (I'm sure there are plenty around. You are, after all, surrounded by them! :p)

I thought there were non-dwarven runes too, but I don't really remember how those happen.
Another thought I had thought is Tzeentch or Slaanesh posing as the Lady of the Lake, and commanding you to infiltrate the Council, so they have an insider. They say you need to side with the vampires to defeat chaos, and grant you (temporary) gifts or something, and would call on you when they need you.

Having some really powerful magic equipment is always handy too. Faust can find an ancient ruin and call your help or something, where you can meet this ancient king. Would probably be a though battle if it's going to be believable though

And Dread, as far as I'm concerned, your character is good powerwise for a human. Now, a Witchhunter secretly being trained in magic however, isn't that the exact thing they're supposed to hunt? :p Could go for some conflicting desires and her ending up running from what she once belonged too.

I'd have kavok save you, but I'm currently waiting for a movie to start... So I don't have time to even do it from my phone. So if someone else doesn't save you by the time I get home, I'll see what kavok can do so he can feel like he achieved something at least today.

Morty's going after a screaming bell with Dieter and Nekhlior, but if no-one rescues Alastor, Morty could step in.

Dark_Wolfen, that is a real problem you've pointed out there. I'll post up some more info on why she went into light magic soon (hopefully now-ish).

EDIT: I've edited my IC post, Get, just in case you want Dieter or Nekhlior (or both) to ride a zombie demigryph. I know that Nekhlior's got a zombie dragon at hand, but demigryphs are pretty badass, and Dieter could do a lot more epic stuff with a zombified one. Heck, he could even call it Fluffy and take it back to Drakenhof as his pet!

EDIT 2: I have changed the backstory of her learning of light magic, to make it seem more realistic.

Ugh, as soon as I posted the forum went down and I couldn't edit it anymore. I made some minor edits to my older post from earlier tonight now, but only to get out some errors and improve the flow of the post.

Whoops! I'll edit that bit with Nekhlior out, but first I need to get some sleep. :boring:

Edit: just consider that an assassins dead, Get, morty and dieter are going to attack the screaming bell, and Dieter's been offered a demigryph to ride. I'll edit my IC post in a few hours to make that happen in it.

Lucifer, Alastor could always wear mainstream weapons ironically!
And damn, Alastor some serious legmuscles if he can kick someone for 100 metres. That's about the lenght of a soccer field. :O

As was predicted many years ago, the perverted one shall only reappear on the fabled 69th page, at which many jokes are made...
Also, I wanted to say ratsassins so bad in my last post:clown:

Ok, so just making sure I'm reading it right... Elanor has disappeared as well in this giant magical ball of fire, correct? I'm going to finish my post as if that were the case, though if it was something different, please tell me and I'll change it.

And that felt much longer then it now looks... even though that post does look kinda large... should probably have split them up into more paragraphs instead of blocks of text... Hmm... Oh well... its 2 in the morning for me, so I should probably be headed to bed now... I'll see if I can't find a natural breaking point to separate things into more paragraphs tomorrow... should probably have done that for a lot of my posts now that I think about it... /sigh...

POSTING IN TVC IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN SLEEP!!!! :vampire3:

and from before, 100m is nowhere near the length of a stadium, something like a 1/3

OK Get, I've edited Nekhlior out of my post, and Dieter's still got a demigryph ride to a screaming bell if you want him to have one.

Eidt: I can't wait to see Graveclaw bashing up some skaven! xD

Kavok a grail knight is basicaly a chaos warrior with the ladys mark they can stand toe-to-toe with vampire lord and they can crumble lesser undead just by entering the room.

and Dread King the Runefangs were given to sigmar

I was wondering whether they were the same runefangs that sigmar had, I thought maybe i was getting mixed up with some other runefangs.. but yeah, Morturion probably shouldn't have them if sigmar did..
