Part of me wants to feel bad for Morty, but then he has brought this on himself...

It would be nice to see a bit of "good community spirit" rub off on him as the RP progresses. Having said that, I don't think it's really in his character; who knows. ;)

Also, if you plan to do a lot of RPing with somebody outside the fortress, Dread King, it might be an idea to make a supplement (however brief it is), so that people within the Castle don't get confused/so we don't clutter your conversation/actions (and vice versa).

As for the idea of Morty having a supplement for this, I would say no in this case because:

He will only be outside for a short time (I may have him eavesdrop on three Council afterwards :devil2:)

Other players might want to interact with him outside, although their characters are currently inside, and it would be confusing for them to "join" the supplement

Some chars are on their way inside, so their controllers may want them to bump into him, and a supplement which they didn't join at the start effectively stops them from doing good so (or rather, deterrs them)

Community spirit? Morty may well seem to change for the better, at least on the outside, later on in the RP, for reasons which will become apparent later.

As for the here and now, he'll probably shut up a little bit more in meetings (I think he's learnt his lesson!) and he will probably act really, really quiet when he re-enters the hall as he doesn't want Nekhlior to notice him.

I also don't think that, with guards outside the door, I don't think he's going to be able to eavesdrop effectively using normal means

I don't think the Carsteins are just going to stand by and let someone raise undead armies in their territory.

That's the Triumvirate's prerogative.

As long as you realise that it'll work as well as his "hiding the undead amongst von Carstein undead.
As in Karl was aware of that action the entire time, Drakenhof is watched to a ridiculous degree, more so now with all these strangers around.

Lucky Nek's such a nut job he never remembers anything
Oh PMed you :D

Before we start an all out war with Morty, shouldn't we wait for DoN to post?
Just discussing things should be alright unless your character is specifically awaiting a response from Rowhaine.
Responding to an IC action ICly is fine although we should hold out on taking any action against Mort (which makes sense ICly as Karl is letting Rowhaine make the decision on how to deal with Mort so the GM gets the say!).

Besides Karl's an NPC so it's sort of his job to bring up things like that and the comment was aimed at Rowhaine anyway.

@Dark_Wolfen: Loved your last post

It all makes sense IC'ly except Morturion has said that he wasn't invited  why isn't he dead yet? :grave:

I wonder could Nekhlior bribe Graveclaw into hunting Morturion down.

Whoops! Sorry for spamming your inbox, Get. As for the army, it was originally Morty's anyway, he's within his rights to re-raise it, isn't he?

He's raising more than that though, or at least that's what your post implies.

It's more to do with someone the Triumvirate has reason to distrust having a significant military force sitting outside their gate.
Don't worry though, Karl's the main Triumvirate member to deal with Drakenhof and the immediate vicinity due to being Regent and he's left it in Rowhaine's hands so nothing bad will happen to Mort I wouldn't think :)

Perhaps Get DoN did Say for Graveclaw to lose the Crown Maybe Graveclaw could talk Nelli into making him a magiky-crown-holding-box-of-DOOM.

also Morty the battles over

Sorry for not posting over the weekend. With family and snowing and all xd

I hope you guys haven't done too many posts that is going to take me ages to catch up on!

Please hold off on posting for the next few hours so I can catch up and put things in order.

We have showed self-restraint of sorts... I mean last time you went away we managed to fill two whole Chapters (about, what, 40 pages total?). Only 2 more pages should be seen as light relief! :clown:
