Meh, I don't know, have some fluff instead:

On the slopes of Nagahsizzar reside a a foul breed of humans. They swore themselves to Nagash long ago, and their ritual sacrafices to him long ago turned into macabre feasts of flesh and blood. Despite their cannabalism driving these foul ghouls insane, they still retain a low cunning and intelligence enough to use weapons. When Nagashs legions march to war, they follow in its wake, prowling along the flanks of his armies, hunting down their next meal.

I think it needs to be a name to show they are looked upon as the most devoted of Nagash, but they are still feral predators.........

I like Nagashi Fiends and Favoured Ones.
Im not sure about Devourers, it seems a little similar to Gorgers, which are a VERY different thing.

The name is not what Nagash thinks of his ghouls, but that the other Nagashi think, They see the warped creatures as being blessed or favoured by Nagash.

Greater Fiend, the unit name implies favour, this implies size, fear and strength.
