Just loving looking at the zombies here. I have yet to see a corpse cart I don't admire. Joseph, the wolves pulling the corpse cart is an amazing idea, you've outdone yourself on it!

I am getting my friend back into Warhammer after about a 2 edition hiatus. So for a Yule gift I did a vampire on horseback, a unit of ghouls and a Zombie musician and standard. I just wish zombie hands were not so out of scale! What is it about the reanimation process that causes the hands to double in size???
Used the old Empire set with mixed in Zombie parts. If I'd have had more time I'd have made the standard taller but this will fit in his carrying case better.

Cheers dude! They are from the old Zombies of the Vampire Coast box/bag set. I used to work for GW and worked out that you could get the most amount of zombie models out of this set due to the way the sprue's were set out.

ONE day they will pull their fingers out and get round to sculpting new zombies. One day....

Thanks! It's just the Zombie standard with an additional section to give it more height (huge fan of high standards ), and the vulture perched atop it is from the OK Stonehorn kit.

I got a zombie to share tommarrow but for today I must simple say the ones in this showcase are amazing.

Grove I love the old classic feel to your hoard. Even the colors and basing bring back the classic feel of 6th edition in my mind. My favorite of yours is the one with the captians hat.

Beat your bloodly zombie's give a feel from a ramaro movie. And where did you find that vulture he is just too awesome. I have a few tomb king ones for a special project of mine and don't recognize that one so I am really curious.

Since I am new to this I used a pretty simple recipe. Undercoated skull white. Then I built of from the skull white with golden yellow followed by macharius solar orange then a very little bit of red gore at the tips. Its pretty forgiving technigue and you just want to make sure that at the core of the fire that you let a little white come threw. I also did kind of a wet blend as i went along feathering some of the color into that of the next.
