Making my new Vampire Lord. Using the High Elf Commanders horse, the body and sword from the Zombie Dragon model, looking for a suitable bare head. Going to model a cape on the protruding horns.

Balrog wings for my ZD finally arrived. Could align them to the body with a bit of work. But the masochist I am, I decided to reposition them to a more dynamic pose. Which will include a lot of pinning, cutting & greenstuffing. Nothing new for this whole project, after all... :slapface:

Priming up some HE. Along with the ones I got started on, this force is going to be way cooooool.
The Silver Helm models are so blah, I swapped the heads for the new Shadow Warrior plastic ones and used OOP Dragon Prince shields.
They look quite menacing I must admit, and if need be I can use them for Dragon Princes.
