Dealing with multiple Black Coaches is defined clearly in its Evocation of Death rules. Basically you randomize any dice absorbed, so you could have one fully powered up still receiving dice while one isnt fully powered up.

Sorry but so far there is no interpretation that "Flying" rule trumps "Chariot" rules. They go hand in hand in the wording: Flying units can march as normal, a chariot's normal way is that it cannot march.

I agree with this. Hoping for it to be any other way feels like wishful thinking to me.
