Of course it's fake and scripted; I hope no one thinks otherwise. Just think of them as moving fight scenes.
Although the wrestler's themselves ARE athletes. Just look at Brock Lesnar, once of WWF/E fame, now doing very well in mixed martial arts. He's a beast.

My main problem with it is how overacted it is. Are we meant to be entertained like we would be by a boxing match, or are we meant to be laughing at them?
