You may or may not have heard of the forum 4chan, a site originally designed to celebrate Japanese culture, but has since become something so much more. What made it famous was that it was the first message board ever to allow anonymous posting. Currently it is most famous for two things: being the headquarters of anonymous, and one of its subsections: /b/.
/b/ is titled as the 'miscellaneous' forum, and contains content ranging from the creation of new memes and threads full of meaningless drivel, to triple-violation hentai and transexual porn. Effectively, the center of depravity on the internet.
