At 180 points will be hard to give it all the punch and survival you'd expect from a Vampire Hero.
Usually, I'd slap him with an Armour of Destiny and Red Fury, but this takes it 25 points beyond the points limit you gave.
So, as a combat hero, looking at longevity, I'd say give him heavy armour and Talisman of Preservation, along with an enchanted shield, this gives you an option to add any power below or equal to 20 points to him.
Dread Knight could be worthwhile, but you don't really want him stuck against a unit champion (or maybe you do) or you could give him Summon Creatures of the Night if you're running a couple of beasts.
Fear incarnate could be hilarious, but beguile is generally the better option if you ask me, but that's just personal preference.
Don't bother with Master Strike, it's not really worth it in my opinion.
Any combination of the powers will net you a maximum of 179 points, if you pick Beguile, you'd be at 174 points for your Hero.
Also, with a 3+ Armour save and a 4+ ward save, he'd be pretty tough to take down, but then again, for less points, you could just skip on the vampire and go for a Wight King with the same Magic Items and put this Vampire to shame.
With the same item selection, you'd be at 135 points, only 1 attack less, but have killing blow on all attacks, which makes him a considerably better choice for handling most challenges, since he also has a higher toughness.
