A nice start indeed - I like the skeletons in particular, you've got them nicely animated even as a unit with spears - I usually find them a bit too static! For clean up, I would suggest get an old, clean, paintbrush and some clean water. Lightly wet the brush and "paint" it over the model...

I would do a horned helmet myself - the model is beautiful as she is, I wouldn't want to upset the balance of the sculpt by removing one of the major focal points. I will be keen to see pictures once she is fully converted up
