Does the trait "immune to psychology" give any defense vs Ghostly Howl/Death Shriek ?

I've got somewhere in the neighborhood of 130-140 zombies. At 2500 pts, how would you field them (2 groups, 3, etc)? what configuration? (5 wide, 7, etc) ? Thanks in advance.

I held them up for a few rounds with a spirit host.

I just ordered a couple boxes of GG, the mantic revenants are plastic so may be able to convert them to GW.
