I just got mine recently and have been lazy over the summer, so didn't convert them at all. I might replace the fleshy arms with skeletal ones.

Since the skeletons would essentially be the same, it's in the equipment. Use bits that are iconic from the Elf kits and put skulls on them! These were some of the first models I ever made and painted for Warhammer.

Thanks, @Borgnine! They were a lot of work, but they were worth it. Actually they're not done yet. Some damage has happened, and the magnets at the wing joints are not working properly. I'm afraid I'll have to cut the ends of the wings off and resculpt them to do a better mag job. But...

Here's his buddy; in the league I was playing in we needed two different warbands for a map-based campaign so I made another as well. Both are made from 40k Dark Eldar models. I'm not a fan of the snake/worm things he is hovering over, but I'm too scared to try and cut them away!
